Field Day at Browns Farm

A day on soil  was held at Scott Brown's property at Gowrie Flat by Grahame Thomas

The topics were:

Different manures available, discuss rates and costs.

Soil and manure test results

The QUT Soil Health Kit.

Crows Nest Show Display

The Group held an excellent display in the main pavilion at the Crows Nest Show highlighting some of the projects we have completed.

Bob Wallace put in a lot of hours to make this happen and we were pleased with the response.

The Photo competition went well with $300 in prize money being shared by the community people who entered.

AGM

The annual general meeting was held on the Saturday 20/10/07 at the Hungry Dingo Cafe with a lovely meal provided by

the CWA.

Congratulations to the new office bearers and a thank you to guest speaker Jock Douglass.

Project Update

All property owners with on going projects are welcome to attend a meeting on the 17th of February to discuss their progress.

The meeting starts at 11 AM with lunch provided.
